These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of retromotopack.com (the “Site”), operated by RetroMotoPack. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Our Products
RetroMotoPack sells handcrafted steampunk motorcycle bags, goggles, hats and riding gear. Our products are made from high-quality PU leather with antique brass hardware. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately, but actual appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handmade nature of our goods.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be fraudulent.
4. Pricing and Availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed, and to discontinue any product at any time. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.
5. Shipping and Delivery
